I have 10+ years of experience as a recruiter and resource manager with a global network of talent. I specialize in connecting the perfect candidates within my network for unique, hard-to-fill freelance and full-time roles. In addition, I work with companies in need of RM platforms, finding the best solutions for their specific needs.
I started my career as a Project Manager working at some of the best agencies in the country. I then transitioned into a Creative Producer for print, experiential and digital projects. The organizational, planning and communication skills required in both of those roles have benefited me greatly in becoming a well-connected and efficient recruiter and resource manager.
One of our specialties is placing best-in-class freelance talent for current and upcoming projects that need special attention, additional thinkers, and of course business-transforming ideas. We secure talent, confirm eligibility and availability, negotiate rates, set up interviews with hiring managers and ensure the candidate’s paperwork is completed with the proper documents needed. Everything to get the freelancer ready to work.
